Google Chrome

A new breed of web update is now release as Google produces it’s beta version of web search engine the Google Chrome. An open source created by Google. Its name was derived from Googles GUI project name called Chromium. Released under the liscense of BSD last Sept. 2, 2008. Google Chrome is compatible with Windows XP, Vista. Google Chrome would be one of the promising web search tool that would satisfy the speed desires of every internet user and it’s convenience as well as functionality of web searching. Google as one of major players in the World Wide Web would surely surprise it’s users for more updates. We surely expect more to come as their Beta comes to success.

Google Earth

I am amazed using this application known as google earth. Its like exploring to different place with just a finger tip away from you. Its like having the whole world in your hand. I really enjoy clicking dragging my mouse to go to my chosen place. I find it also cool that some people manage to put a mark with their actual home locations, marking it with their own language like with one me and joan saw. Its written ‘bahay ni . . .’ something like that. We’ve tried that also but we’ve only manage to update the wikimap of the philippines to put a mark with our actual house locations. Hope we could manage to update it with google earth cause i think its fun sharing our locations to the whole world lol. Some of the places i see with google earth also have pictures of the sites actual establishments and its really cool. Google earth do really have an educational factor with its users. You can also use it to measure one location to another. Joan and i measured the distance of her house to our house and with a straight line it only measures 6kms but if you would measure it using the roads to get there it would surely go far as in far lol. One bad point with google earth is that some places don’t have yet its maps. Maybe because this places haven’t submitted their maps. What i thought first is that places with no maps are not that establish but as far as i know part of san fernando pampanga, sindalan do increase known establishments. Still google earth is not updated with those locations. Maybe their on the work establishing, updating and finalizing their map. I thought its just that uncivilized places are the only one who haven’t their maps, but its wrong. Happy to be located with one of the famous location here in pampanga harhar. As as i browse google earth imaginations float in my mind, imagining to be part of the NASA satellite force or being part of a private army surveilling planet earth activities, imagining i have the power to launch a rocket missile to my selected location lol. Enough of those dream and get back to reality. Lets go for my rating with google earth. As far as i can rate google earth i would give it a 5 star. This is base from my opinion, factors such education, coolness, fun and uniqueness are the categories i have chose to land with my rate lol google earth rock. Hope to see more additional features. There are more interesting applications in the net and i think google earth is one of the must see.
